Stock Control

  • Support for product variations (eg. sizes curves - ideal for fashion).
  • Multiple barcodes/PLU codes permitted for any product.
  • Direct printing of stock barcodes/price labels via dedicated label printers (printing on label rolls)
  • "Receiving on" stock process for receiving on deliveries.
  • "Transfer off" stock process for handling stock returns/loss.
  • WholesaleLink module provides support for wholesaler integration (eg. Booker Gateway) for automatic downloading of product/barcode updates, electronic delivery notes and uploading of purchase orders.

Purchase Ordering

  • Supplier database.
  • Create and print manual Purchase Orders.
  • Automatically generate Purchase Orders based on preset re-order levels and ideal quantities.
  • Automatically generate Purchase Orders based on system generated suggested order quantities.
  • Generate Purchase Orders from a handheld scanner (walk around your store or stock room and scan items you would like the system to order).
  • Receive on stock quickly and painlessly just from the PO number (supports part shipments).

Finance (requires financialAccounts module)

  • Input purchase invoices to track your accounts payable.
  • Generate a VAT return (the system tells you what amounts to put in which boxes). Simplifies an otherwise lengthy quarterly task.
  • Generate Profit/Loss accounts for any period of time (day, week, month, financial year, etc).

Reports

  • Report dashboard for a quick overview of the business.
  • Comprehensive sales and stock reports.
  • Graph generator (create graphs from reports).

Data import/export

  • Import products from a spreadsheet or existing EPOS package.
  • Export product views to a spreadsheet (in CSV format).

Multi-site support
