Silver support - £10 per site per month.
Office hours telephone and email support as well as access to software updates through the website. The preferred 'minimum' support option - ideal for those who need quick answers.

Gold support - £15 per site per month.
Telephone support from 9am to 7pm Mon-Sun (out of hours support is via mobile number) as well as access to software updates through the website. Ideal for retailers open 7 days a week who want to know that
help is at hand outside of office hours.

Hardware support
For extra peace of mind - choose between a 4 hour or 8 hour response time on a 5 day or 7 day contract, terminal-only or terminal-and-peripherals. From £10 per terminal/month.
To make our support packages even more affordable, all support subscriptions are collected by Standing Order on a monthly basis.
