A range of flexible, low cost support options for SimplEPOS users ensures that you get the right level of support for your business :

• Free support

  Our free support package offers unlimited email-only support. Ideal for those on a tight budget or requiring 'non urgent' assistance. As a free support user you won't have access to software upgrades or telephone support.

• Bronze support - £5 per site per month.

  Priority email support and access to software updates through the website (instant downloads). Ideal for those who want to take advantage of constant upgrades to SimplEPOS boasting new features as/when they are implemented but who don't need urgent technical support.

• Silver support - £10 per site per month.

  Office hours telephone and email support as well as access to software updates through the website. The preferred 'minimum' support option - ideal for those who need quick answers.

• Gold support - £15 per site per month.

  Telephone support from 9am to 7pm Mon-Sun (out of hours support is via mobile number) as well as access to software updates through the website. Ideal for retailers open 7 days a week who want to know that help is at hand outside of office hours.

• Platinum support - £25 per site per month.

  Telephone support from 9am to 7pm Mon-Sun (out of hours support is via mobile number). Access to software updates via the website. Platinum support also provides 'hardware support' where we will swap out any faulty POS peripheral on the next working day. Terms, conditions and restrictions apply. Please ask.

To make our support packages even more affordable, all support subscriptions are collected by Standing Order on a monthly basis.

Please note that out of hours support is for urgent queries only.

For those who want customisation work performing we are happy to offer customisation work at our standard hourly rate of £25 per hour (available to all users, regardless of support level taken). Please ask for details.
