Our after-sales support is second to none and an envy across the market - we offer a 30-day swap out in the unlikely event any goods fail within 30 days of purchase, assistance with any warranty repair/replacement and an optional "platinum support" package (available for a small fee on many products) for next day swap-out should a product fail at any time during its life.
